♡Shop Update♡

Hi everyone!

We’ve obviously been very absent from the shop lately which some of you have noticed, especially those of you that have delayed orders of course; I’m so sorry that it’s been so difficult to get a hold of me. This will all be changing again very soon.

This has been due to a variety of reasons, I essentially took on a few too many orders without realising they were piling up before it was too late and this was followed by the busiest year of my life; I have been finishing my final year of university as well as planning my wedding and had multiple house moves! On top of this, my apprentice had a baby a couple of months ago so also has had no time to help me out with orders.

The wedding happened last month and was extremely successful we had an amazing day! Since getting back from our honeymoon I have spent a couple of days working on these orders that so many of you have been waiting for and I have just taken a lot of packages to the post office. However, I am now in my last 3 weeks of university so as you can imagine have a lot I need to be doing for that right now and I really need to prioritise that for these last weeks before I can go back to spending 100% of my time on Princess Paws.

My final uni hand in is on the 13th May, and after that I will spend every day working on your orders and I’m aiming for every single order to be out and on the way to you all by the end of May at the very latest. All orders will be coming with a £15 coupon to spend in our store as apology.

I’m so grateful to those of you who have been so understanding of these circumstances and so patient with your orders, it really does mean a lot.

Any of you that have already had to wait a particularly long time and cannot wait a few more weeks, I will try to give out refunds on request, however if your items have already been started then this won’t be possible.

My instagram DMs are already overflowed and I cannot keep up with them right now, so the best way to contact me is via the Shopify messaging system on the corner of our website. So if you need to update your delivery address or find out what stage your order is at; message me there and I will try my best to respond to you all straight away.
